VNIS Vietnam Company Limited (VNIS Group) was founded in 2012 in Vietnam, initially branded as VNIS Vietnam, focused on the business of overseas study consultation for Vietnamese students and institutional services for educational institutions in the United States. As of 2023, VNIS Group expands and consists of 8 different business units: VNIS Education, Smart Edu Link, VNIS Investment, Nordics Education, Clever Academy, Clever Junior, Vietdemy and AgenSEE Asia.
